Property Manager (Luxury 55+ Townhome Community – Lease-Up)
We are seeking a polished, results-driven Property Manager to lead a newly built luxury 55+ townhome community. This role is ideal for a hospitality-focused professional who excels in leasing, sales, and resident experience, and is energized by launching a new community.
What You’ll Do
- Drive leasing performance and achieve occupancy goals during lease-up
- Conduct personalized tours and deliver a high-touch, luxury experience
- Execute targeted marketing and outreach to attract 55+ residents
- Build relationships with local referral partners and community organizations
- Oversee daily operations, staff, and vendors
- Create a welcoming, service-driven community with engaging resident events
- Manage financials including rent collection and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of property management, leasing, or related experience
- Proven success in sales/leasing and occupancy growth
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Experience with lease-ups, luxury, or 55+ communities preferred
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and property management software

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 in compliance with New York State pay transparency requirements. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
