ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Oversee the operation of a variety of production machinery, ranging from basic to advanced systems, ensuring all equipment is cleaned and properly maintained.

· Ability to operate all Parts Department machinery

· Possess the capability to program machinery for specific production tasks.

· Adjust machine speed and load settings to ensure optimal performance and output.

· Monitor finished products to verify that both quality and quantity meet SME production standards.

· Accurately complete and maintain required logs and documentation related to production, maintenance, and quality control.

· Conduct basic maintenance tasks, including lubrication and routine checks, to ensure machinery remains in good working condition.

· Assist in the supervision and training of Machine Operators B and C to support team development and efficiency.

· Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall production and operational goals.
