We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Site Supervisor to oversee operations at a client site in Erwin, NC. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises and supervising on-site personnel.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (with additional coverage as needed)

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor premises through patrols and observation
• Enforce site policies and procedures consistently and professionally
• Supervise security officers during assigned shift and cover shifts outside of normal business hours, when needed
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms as needed
• Prepare accurate daily activity and incident reports
• De-escalate conflicts and resolve disputes using effective communication and problem-solving skills

Additional Expectations:
• Availability to cover shifts, work weekends, and holidays as required
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Professional appearance at all times

Qualifications:
• Prior security experience required and supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to pass all background checks and company hiring requirements
