Licensed Massage Therapist – Reflections Spa

Position Overview
We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about wellness and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role supports the spa’s mission by building relationships with new and returning clients, promoting services and retail offerings, and enhancing the connection between in-spa treatments and at-home care.

Schedule & Compensation
- Position: Seasonal - Summer Help
- Availability: Evenings, weekends, and holidays (Saturdays required)
- Compensation: 25%–28% commission + 20% auto gratuity

Guest Experience

- Assess client needs and customize each service accordingly

Massage Therapy & Spa Operations
- Perform a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal, within scope of practice
- Evaluate client needs, health history, and contraindications prior to treatment
- Customize sessions to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote overall wellness
- Educate guests on the benefits of massage and recommend treatment plans and at-home care
- Maintain knowledge of spa services, products, and industry trends
- Promote and sell retail products and additional services
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and compliant with state regulations
- Assist with inventory management for massage supplies and linens
- Communicate effectively with the Spa Manager regarding ideas or concerns
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- Valid Wisconsin Massage Therapy License required
- CPR/AED certification preferred
- 1–2 years of spa or wellness experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy, and physiology
