.The AF Pricing & Tender Management Operations Associate ensures that the strategies for the growth of the Air product in the country are executed in a timely and correct manner, thereby contributing to the closing of a greater volume of business derived from tenders and quotations to achieve greater efficiency and productivity of the product.

 
 

About the Job

  • Processing of air freight orders (export/import/cross-trade), from quotation preparation to invoicing

  • Accurate file management, including cost control in accordance with internal guidelines

  • Sales activities (primarily office-based, handling incoming enquiries and tenders from both customers and overseas organizations)

  • Communication with customers, airlines, authorities, branches and partners worldwide

  • Preparing and checking transport documents

  • Handling DGR (dangerous goods) shipments

  • Monitoring and ensuring on-time deliveries

  • Handling complaints and claims

  • Supporting process optimization

  • Promoting operational excellence and best-in-class services

About You

  • Completed vocational training in freight forwarding and logistics

  • Solid professional experience in the field of air freight is desirable

  • Eagerness to learn new things

  • Customer-focused mindset and approach

  • Strong commitment to quality

  • Good written and spoken English; any additional languages are an advantage

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

  • Ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills
