Description

We are looking for a caring, highly motivated person to work as a member of our team.  Responsibilities include providing nursing care to residents within the assigned unit. Observes symptoms and conditions of residents. Reports symptoms and conditions to R.N. and to the physician as necessary. Administers medication as prescribed by physician and notes reaction. Prepares for and assists physician with treatments and rounds as required. Accurately maintains records reflecting residents’ conditions, medications and treatments. Assists in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment which will allow residents to maintain their highest practicable level of functioning. Monitors cares and treatments being given to residents by nursing assistants.

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Must have current license from the MN Board of Nursing.
The individual must also pass a background study.

Summary

A Full-Time shifts are currently available (including every other weekend and holiday).Must be a TEAM player and possess a special interest in working with Long Term Care residents, families, and visitors.
