Description

As an Account Executive with HydroPeptide, you’ll be on the front lines of a fast-growing, science-driven skincare brand—opening new accounts, building strong relationships, and driving real results. This is a role for someone who thrives on hunting new business, influencing decision-makers, and turning opportunities into revenue. You’ll educate providers, showcase the transformative power of our clinically clean, peptide-based products, and ensure every partner delivers exceptional experiences to their clients.


If you’re passionate about skincare, energized by new opportunities, and love closing deals while representing a luxury brand, this is your role.  This Northeast role will cover accounts in NY, CT, MA, and NH. 


We are looking for a high-performing sales professional who is:

  • Strategic, analytical, and commercially sharp, with the ability to spot high-value opportunities and turn them into consistent revenue.
  • A trusted relationship builder in the skincare or medical aesthetics space, skilled at leveraging strong networks to open doors, build credibility, and close business with the right partners.
  • A natural hunter, energized by prospecting, pitching, and converting new accounts while maintaining a strong pipeline and disciplined follow-up.
  • Deeply knowledgeable about skincare and treatment protocols, able to speak confidently with providers, recommend solutions, and influence product adoption.
  • Outcome-driven, consistently exceeding sales goals through strong planning, territory management, and proactive field activity.
  • Hands-on and adaptable, bringing an owner’s mindset while executing within established brand standards, sales processes, and the HydroPeptide way of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Prospect, pitch, and close new accounts to expand territory and grow revenue.
  • Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to drive adoption, reorders, and client loyalty.
  • Product Education: Train providers on products, treatment protocols, and outcomes to ensure confidence and consistent results.
  • Territory Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute territory strategies to maximize revenue, visibility, and market penetration.
  • Sales Performance & Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and proactively manage opportunities.
  • Corporate Hygiene & Reporting: Keep detailed records of client interactions, opportunities, and progress in Salesforce; ensure timely reporting and compliance with corporate processes.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent HydroPeptide with professionalism, expertise, and passion at all client touchpoints.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Education, and Operations teams to support product launches, promotional initiatives, and events.

Other responsibilities as required and as the position evolves.


Key Details:

  • Location: Field based role in territory, ideal candidate lives in NYC or Long Island, NY
  • Hours: Full time, working typical business hours, with occasional evenings and weekends required for events and tradeshows. Time is flexed to balance work outside standard hours.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to handle long periods of both sitting and screen time, ability to lift 50 lbs, able to participate in booth set up and break down & stand up to 8 hours on your feet
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 50%
  • Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 base salary plus monthly uncapped commission

  • Existing Book of Business: Strong relationships with accounts and decision-makers—ready to drive immediate results.
  • Skincare Expertise: Deep knowledge of treatments, protocols, and products to educate and influence providers.
  • New Business Hunter: Skilled at prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals in a competitive market.
  • Strategic & Data-Driven: Plans and executes territory strategies, manages pipeline, and leverages metrics to drive performance.
  • CRM Savvy: Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms—maintains accurate records, forecasts, and reporting.
  • Relationship Builder: Builds trust quickly with providers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Self-Starter & Entrepreneurial: Independent, proactive, and results-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Communicator: Confident presenting, demonstrating, and educating clients.
Salary Description
$80,000 - $100,000 base salary plus commission
