Summer Internship Program Details
Duration: Internships will last up to 12 weeks.
Meaningful Work: Interns will be assigned impactful projects that align with Kindeva’s business objectives.
Mentorship: Each intern will be paired with an experienced professional, such as a hiring manager or supervisor, who will provide guidance and support throughout the internship.
Executive & Networking Opportunities: Interns will have the unique opportunity to participate in exclusive events, connecting with executive leadership, alumni, and fellow interns, as well as engaging in professional networking opportunities.
Professional Development: In addition to their assigned projects, interns will engage in team-building workshops and training sessions covering key topics such as industry trends, drug delivery technologies, project management, and professional growth.
Community Engagement & Team Building: Interns will take part in community/volunteer engagement initiatives and team-building activities that foster collaboration, leadership skills, and a strong sense of connection within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, customer service, planning, scheduling and operations colleagues to initiate, manage and support projects within the Supply Chain organization
- Develop project outlines, summaries and presentations to deliver key assumptions, observations and recommendations related to the specific supply chain initiatives identified.
- The projects will be in the areas of warehousing, material movements, planning and scheduling
Qualifications
- Current student seeking a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, science, engineering, other related programs who have completed their sophomore year.
- Experience working in a team environment
- Prior manufacturing and supply chain experience preferred
- Continuous improvement / lean six sigma experience preferred
