Job Description

About the role

Nerdio is looking for a DACH Marketing Manager to own regional marketing across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In this role, you'll be the local marketing engine for one of Nerdio's highest-priority growth markets, building regional awareness, generating enterprise pipeline, and ensuring our messaging resonates with DACH IT buyers and partners. You'll partner closely with EMEA demand gen, field sales, and channel teams to execute programs that accelerate growth in the region.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a localized DACH marketing strategy aligned to enterprise pipeline targets and regional sales priorities.
  • Plan and manage regional demand generation campaigns -- including digital, events, and partner programs -- tailored to DACH buyer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Own regional event strategy & execution, including trade shows, executive roundtables, partner events, and NerdioCon regional activations.
  • Collaborate with EMEA marketing and global PMM & demand gen teams to adapt and localize global messaging, campaigns, and content for the DACH market.
  • Build and manage relationships with local channel partners, distributors, and Microsoft field teams to support co-marketing programs.
  • Serve as the regional marketing point of contact for the DACH sales and SDR teams, ensuring tight alignment on pipeline goals, account targeting, and follow-through.
  • Track and report on regional marketing performance — pipeline contribution, event ROI, campaign metrics — and translate insights into program adjustments.
  • Manage regional marketing budget with discipline and accountability.
  • Support DACH-specific content creation including translated assets, local customer stories, and region-specific thought leadership.
  • Actively leverage AI to scale your impact and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on the DACH region.
  • Native or fluent German speaker; strong English communication skills required.
  • Proven experience running field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of the DACH IT buyer landscape, including enterprise procurement dynamics and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across campaigns, events, and stakeholders.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, cross-functional environment.
  • Comfort with and willingness to use AI tools to maximize impact and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing cloud, SaaS, or endpoint management solutions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AVD, or Windows 365 ecosystems.
  • Experience working with MSPs or VARs in the DACH market.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth, scaling technology company.
