Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of Human Resources, Psychology, and or any business related courses
  • Has more than a year of extensive background in handling talent acquisition 
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various techniques and strategies
  • Experienced with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment and onboarding)
  • Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Experience in volume hiring and technical recruitment is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Knowledge in data analytics and HRIS is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other related software applications
