Position Summary

Provision of nursing care to hospice patients in coordination with the interdisciplinary team (IDG) that is consistent with the goals, definitions, philosophy, and purpose of HIA Hospice. All nursing care, as approved by patients’ primary physicians or the hospice medical director, including hospice referrals, patient admissions, physical assessments, symptom management and emotional support.

This position is scheduled Monday - Friday 5 pm to 10 pm (guaranteed active hours) and On-call Monday - Thursday 10 pm - 8 am (Call pay for these hours and the paid for any active time during this on-call timeframe).  This position is located in our Detroit Lakes office and serves the surrounding communities. 

HIA has a Drug Free Workplace Policy. An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment.

Pay Range: Starting at $34.67/hour (based on experience) with additional opportunities for monthly bonus based on performance and standards.
