Salary/Pay
Pay per hour: $18-$20/hour
Anticipated Schedule/Time Commitment:
Start Date: Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026
Expected End Date: August 6th, 2026
Number of hours per week: 30 - 40 hours
Preferred days/times: Hybrid Schedule! Remote - Mon & Fri. In Office - Tues, Wed & Thurs
Duties/Responsibilities
Assist with HR projects related to employee engagement, onboarding, training, and organizational development.
Conduct research, surveys, or interviews to gather feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Support the review and development of HR resources, guides, and internal tools.
Assist with analyzing information and identifying trends that support HR initiatives.
Help develop recommendations to improve employee programs and workplace processes.
Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and project summaries.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather information and support HR initiatives.
Provide general administrative and project support to the HR team as needed.
Participate in learning opportunities and gain exposure to various HR functions.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Interest in human resources, employee engagement, talent development, or organizational culture.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with employees and managers in a professional setting.
Analytical mindset with an interest in reviewing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations.
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment.
