Salary/Pay
Pay per hour: $18-$20/hour

Anticipated Schedule/Time Commitment:
Start Date: Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026
Expected End Date: August 6th, 2026
Number of hours per week: 30 - 40 hours
Preferred days/times: Hybrid Schedule!  Remote - Mon & Fri. In Office - Tues, Wed & Thurs


Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assist with HR projects related to employee engagement, onboarding, training, and organizational development.

  • Conduct research, surveys, or interviews to gather feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement.

  • Support the review and development of HR resources, guides, and internal tools.

  • Assist with analyzing information and identifying trends that support HR initiatives.

  • Help develop recommendations to improve employee programs and workplace processes.

  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and project summaries.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather information and support HR initiatives.

  • Provide general administrative and project support to the HR team as needed.

  • Participate in learning opportunities and gain exposure to various HR functions.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • Interest in human resources, employee engagement, talent development, or organizational culture.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable interacting with employees and managers in a professional setting.

  • Analytical mindset with an interest in reviewing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment.
