Sales Executive
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Key
Responsibilities:

  • Identify
    and acquire new clients through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and
    networking
  • Support
    the sales team in acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts
  • Assist
    Branch Manager in implementing sales plans and achieving assigned targets
  • Prepare sales
    proposals, quotations, and service presentations
  • Coordinate with
    internal departments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate
    records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Handle client queries
    and follow up on leads and opportunities
  • Monitor basic client performance factors such as volume,
    service levels, and feedback
  • Provide input on
    customer trends, competitor insights, and market developments to support
    overall sales strategy

Performance Metrics

  • Gross
    Profit (GP)  KPIs/KRAs will emphasize GP and revenue achievement
    on Job
  • Supporting
    Branch to develop existing clients and client acquisition metrics
 

Skills,
knowledge, and expertise:

  • Bachelor’s
    degree in business, management, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1–3
    years of experience in sales, logistics, or freight forwarding
    (preferred)
  • Strong
    communication skills, client orientation, and ability to work in a team
  • Organized,
    detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good written and spoken
    English; MS Office proficiency
  • Arabic language would
    be an advantage
