What You Will Do
This is a high-responsibility coordination role focused on execution, communication, and follow-through.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, sales representatives, and internal teams
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and requests with professionalism and urgency
- Enter orders accurately and issue purchase orders to vendors
- Coordinate materials, freight, and delivery timelines to support project execution
- Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams on order status, delays, and updates
- Support project execution by identifying issues early and driving solutions
- Partner with Sales and Installation teams to ensure jobs run smoothly from order to completion
- Handle changes, challenges, and last-minute adjustments with a calm, solutions-focused approach

- Prior experience in customer service, project coordination, or sales support
- Strong verbal, written, and digital communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem solver who takes initiative and follows through
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use CRM/ERP systems
Preferred Experience
- Background in technician management, industrial distribution, or similar environments
- Familiarity with order entry, purchasing, and logistics coordination

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $50,000 – $58,000 (based on experience)
