We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces while providing excellent customer service. The Housekeeper helps create a welcoming environment for clients and guests.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

• Manage housekeeping responsibilities to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.

• Launder linens, towels, and other items as needed.

• Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning.

• Provide responsive and friendly customer service.

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate needs to management.

• Follow safety protocols when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Skills

• Experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.

• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team.

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation practices is essential.

• Experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is helpful but not required.
