Salary Structure: (Based on 2025-2026 Compensation Plan)

 

0  Years  = $66,000

15 Years = $85,363

 

Add $1,200 for Master's Stipend

Add $5,000 for National Board Teacher Certification

Qualifications:

Valid Texas Teaching Certificate for American Sign Language
