Description
Basic Function:The role focuses on executing value-based selling strategies, managing complex sales processes, and contributing to market intelligence and business development in alignment with company objectives. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory by developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions based on customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Achievement of sales targets through value-based and solution-oriented selling
- Development and management of customer relationships, including key accounts and new business opportunities
- Ownership of sales pipeline, forecasting accuracy, CRM maintenance, and contract negotiations
- Market intelligence, including customer requirements, competitive landscape, and identification of new product opportunities
- Preparation and negotiation of sales quotations and contracts within defined approval limits
- Management of customer communication and commercial processes
- Contribution to business case development and product requirements definition
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or comparable technical/commercial qualification
- 5+ years of experience in selling capital equipment, photonics, or comparable technical solutions
- Proven experience in technical sales to manufacturing companies
- Strong track record in key account management and complex sales cycles
- Ability to travel up to 50%
