Salary Range: £41,147 - £58,812 or £62,077 - £65,990 plus Special Schools Allowance of £4,227 per annum

   

Working Arrangements: Full Time

    

Le Rondin is a school for pupils with additional learning needs (ALN) The school is organised into three departments and caters for pupil's aged between 3-11years. As a dedicated Class Teacher your primary aim will be to deliver high quality learning experiences that empower every pupil to reach their full potential. You will actively contribute to the school's overall ethos, work, and aims, championing the inclusion of all pupils by ensuring equitable access to learning and development opportunities. A key responsibility is to promote and safeguard the welfare of all pupils within the school environment. Collaboratively, you will uphold and support the school's commitment to providing and monitoring opportunities for both personal and academic growth. Effective teamwork and a shared responsibility for the school's success are essential. Furthermore, you will contribute to the school's self-evaluation processes and play an active and effective role in driving continuous school improvement, undertaking appropriate professional and supervisory duties as directed by the Headteacher.

 

This role comes with a competitive salary and entitlement to a pension scheme. 

  

For candidates who would be required to relocate to the Bailiwick of Guernsey, we also offer a relocation package to help with the cost of moving over to the Island. This relocation package offers different solutions depending on an individual’s circumstances.

This role offers off-Island candidates an 8-year Long Term Employment Permit (see details below). This permit will also enable candidates to bring immediate family members with them who will be permitted to work on the Island in any sector.
