HR GENERALIST (LAS VEGAS OFFICE)
Must be located in Southern NV with a reasonable commute to Las Vegas, NV due to in office requirements.
SCHEDULE: Full Time, Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm PST
COMPENSATION: Starting Pay $63,000 to $70,000 per year. Final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Someone looking to make a meaningful impact in a people focused role. PCI is seeking an HR Generalist who is approachable, organized, and confident supporting both employees and leaders.
This HR Generalist role is a great opportunity to influence culture, support day-to-day operations, and partner closely with leadership in an evolving company.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as the primary People Operations contact for Las Vegas employees and leaders.
- Act as the primary benefits contact, assisting with enrollments, life events, and open enrollment processes.
- Lead engagement efforts and office activities.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including Day 1 orientation and system administration.
- Support employee relations matters by gathering facts, assessing situations, and partnering with leadership and People Operations to resolve concerns.
- Serve as liaison for leaves of absence and accommodations, ensuring compliance and communication.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5 or more years of HR generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, EEOC, etc.).
- Experience in benefits administration, employee engagement initiatives and employee relations.
- Experience with HR systems, UKG preferred.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and active insurance for occasional work-related travel.
- Post secondary education in a business-related field.

- Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm PST
- Work Setting: Hybrid (3 days in-office)
