Dual Rate Slot Attendant – Help Power the Fun on the Casino Floor!

Are you energetic, service-driven, and ready to be part of an exciting casino environment? Join our team as a Dual Rate Slot Attendant, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while supporting slot operations. In this dynamic position, you’ll alternate between hands-on floor support and supervisory responsibilities—all while earning tips during every shift!

What You’ll Do

Create a fun, welcoming, and entertaining environment for all guests and team members
Provide outstanding guest service by answering questions and resolving issues quickly
Pay jackpots, break bills, and fill ticket printers accurately and efficiently
Perform minor repairs on slot machines and related gaming equipment
Monitor the casino floor to ensure guest safety and address potential hazards
Maintain gaming logs and work tickets in compliance with NYS Gaming Regulations
Assist guests with ATM issues and general inquiries
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support smooth operations
Inspect equipment regularly and troubleshoot issues when possible
Support and promote company culture and team morale

Supervisory Responsibilities (when acting in dual rate capacity):
Provide direction and support to Slot Attendants
Train team members and assist with scheduling and task assignments
Ensure team performance aligns with company standards and policies

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required
Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service
Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
Experience handling cash in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
Ability to read and interpret basic documents and procedures
Comfortable working with numbers, including basic math calculations
Dependable, adaptable, and able to multitask in a dynamic setting

Physical Requirements

This is an active role requiring standing, walking, and frequent movement throughout shifts. Duties include using hands for tools and equipment, reaching, bending, and occasional climbing or balancing.

Ability to lift/move:

  • Up to 25 lbs frequently
  • Up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Up to 100 lbs infrequently

Good vision (close, distance, color, and peripheral) is required to safely perform job duties.

Work Schedule

The casino operates 7 days a week from 9 AM to 3 AM.
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
