At Greencroft Communities, you�ll partner with leadership to:

• Support HR programs including compensation, benefits, and employee relations
• Assist with salary benchmarking and job structure development
• Help ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices
• Contribute to training, policy updates, and organizational initiatives

You�ll work closely with the CHRO while also building strong relationships with campus teams.

We�re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in HR leadership or supervision
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Comfortable working across multiple HR functions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor�s degree required (Master�s preferred)
• HR leadership experience, including supervision
• SHRM certification preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
