We are seeking a full-time Case Review Specialist role to join our Care Management Team in Columbus, Ohio.
Salary: $48,000 - $50,000

Position Summary
The Case Review Specialist position serves as a Case Reviewer for the program. This position will facilitate case plan development meetings and semi-annual (SAR) case plan reviews with families, service teams, foster parents, counselors, and other service providers.

Responsibilities
The Case Review Specialist will perform duties including, but not limited to:
- Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Program’s mission, values, and philosophies.
- Coordinates schedules and completes case reviews, including but not limited to, initial Case Plan Family Team meetings, quarterly Family Team meetings, SAR case reviews.
- Completes required documentation in a timely manner.
- Collects and compiles data for reporting purposes.
- Acts as an independent Case Reviewer to assure that all current service needs are being addressed appropriately.
- Prepares for reviews by assuring the required documentation is prepared, letters of invitation have been sent, and that updates have been completed prior to the review.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human services from an accredited college or university.
- 2 years of Child Welfare experience.
- Must demonstrate a sincere commitment to the service and advocacy for youth and families.
- Must be able to maintain compliance with attending agency required training programs.
- Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
