Grant Funded: This position is partially funded by the Title III program from the Department of Education but is not contingent upon continued grant funding. The College will retain this position following the conclusion of the grant.

SUMMARY
This position supports both Institutional Effectiveness and Enrollment Management, with responsibilities shared approximately 50/50. The role plays a key part in advancing student success, strategic planning, resource management, and enrollment initiatives supported through Title III.
The Analyst collaborates across departments to provide data, research, and reporting that support institutional decision-making, accreditation, program review, and federal Title III reporting requirements. This position is responsible for extracting, analyzing, and validating data to deliver accurate, meaningful insights to internal and external stakeholders.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Title III Reporting & Compliance
- Partner with the Title III Project Director to ensure accurate and timely data reporting in compliance with federal Title III requirements.
- Support Title III Annual Performance Reporting and alignment with Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) requirements.
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and communicating data tied to grant outcomes and institutional priorities.
Data Analysis & Institutional Research
- Extract, analyze, and validate institutional data to support decision-making and reporting.
- Conduct quantitative analyses related to institutional effectiveness, student success, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop summary reports and insights to inform planning, policy discussions, and strategic initiatives.
Reporting, Dashboards & Program Review
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support enrollment management, institutional planning, and departmental operations.
- Create and maintain reports used in academic and administrative program reviews.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reporting tools and outputs.
Surveys & Evaluation Processes
- Manage the course evaluation process.
- Design and administer internal surveys for institutional and Title III data collection.
- Analyze survey results and provide actionable insights to campus stakeholders.
Collaboration & Support
- Respond to ad-hoc data and information requests from faculty, staff, and administrators.
- Collaborate on interdepartmental and cross-campus data projects.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director IE, or Title III Project Director.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Technical Knowledge & Data Skills
- Understanding of database structures and data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to use a variety of tools and systems to analyze and interpret data.
- Working knowledge of enterprise-level enrollment management and student success platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office 365 applications.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and coordinate tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and to contribute in both lead and support roles.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, analytics, mathematics, computer science, behavioral/social sciences, information technology, or a related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in data collection, conducting research studies, and analysis.
- Demonstrated experience working with large datasets or data warehouses.
- Demonstrated experience using data tools and systems such as databases, spreadsheets, statistical packages (e.g., SPSS), SQL, and business intelligence/reporting tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting federal grant reporting (e.g., Title III or similar).
- Experience with enterprise data systems (e.g., Colleague, Banner).
- Experience with SQL programming.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working with student-level data in higher education.
- Experience with Ellucian Insights.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, talk, hear, walk, and sit. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally push or lift items.
WORK SCHEDULE
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Must be able to work a variable schedule/hours to meet operational needs. May require evening and weekend hours.
