CareCore Health is seeking an experienced and driven Multi-Site Business Office Manager (BOM) to support two of our Cincinnati-area skilled nursing facilities. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative operations across both locations.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Oversee business office operations for two facilities
• Manage billing, collections, and accounts receivable
• Ensure accurate Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance billing processes
• Supervise and support business office staff at both locations
• Handle resident trust accounts and financial records
• Collaborate with Administrators and corporate teams on financial performance
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations
Requirements:
• Previous Business Office Manager experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting required
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance billing
• Experience with AR management and collections
• Familiarity with systems such as PointClickCare preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively
