Family office is seeking an experienced, energetic, detail-oriented Controller Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions• Overseeing financial reporting & budgeting. • Ensure timely and accurate billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.

• Coordinate with managers / owner to review project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.

• Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry-specific requirements.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.

• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance

• 5-10 years accounting experience is a MUST

• Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks)

• Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work with owners and other team members

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
