Purpose of the position: The Sales Manager Horeca is responsible for implementing and developing the sales strategy within the HORECA Channel and the world of Quick Service Restaurants.
The Sales Manager ensures the achievement of company goals in terms of revenue and gross margin while maintaining a close technical/commercial relationship with customers to identify new business opportunities, in line with corporate directives.


The role:

The Sales Manager we are looking for, will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy across the HoReCa, Food Service, and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) channels in the italian market.

The role needs to ensure the achievement of company targets in terms of revenue and gross margin, while building and maintaining strong technical and commercial relationships with customers. Through a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, the Sales Manager will have to identify and develop new business opportunities in alignment with corporate strategy and directives.



What will you do:
  • Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with key clients across the HoReCa, Food Service, and QSR channels
  • Develop a solid understanding of clients’ business models and needs to provide effective commercial support
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by proposing tailored solutions aligned with customer objectives
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue and margin growth
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services, in close collaboration with internal teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Technical)
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address issues to maintain long‑term partnerships
  • Contribute to sales planning and commercial strategies in line with corporate objectives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities within the respective channels
  • Prepare performance reports and sales forecasts using defined KPIs for internal and external stakeholders


  • Requirements:
     
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field.
    • Professional Skills/Experience: +3 years in a similar role, preferably in B2B companies. General understanding of bakery, pastry, and ice cream products. Experience selling food products
    • Language Skills: Fluent Italian and English
    • Computer Skills: MS Office
    • Behavioral Requirements: Results-oriented, strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, high energy and positive attitude, proactivity with a sense of urgency, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication, business development skills, strong analytical and forecasting skills, ability to plan and achieve targets


    Details:
    • Location: The position is based in Gallarate, where the company headquarter is located, but requires a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
