Position Summary
The Prep Cook supports daily kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, organizing inventory, and ensuring the kitchen is clean, stocked, and service-ready. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly and takes pride in food quality, organization, and cleanliness.
Compensation: $24.00-$25.00 hourly

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare daily prep lists and maintain proper par levels based on reservations and volume
Prep ingredients for charcuterie boards, flatbreads, paninis, and rotating seasonal menu items
Organize refrigerators, storage areas, and inventory for efficiency and freshness
Monitor food quality, temperatures, and sanitation standards
Maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen and dish area throughout each shift
Complete end-of-shift cleaning including floors, equipment, and workstations
Communicate inventory needs and operational issues to leadership
Support the service team by ensuring food is ready for peak periods
Any other duties as assigned by your Manager
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Food Handler’s Permit (or willingness to obtain)
Strong knife skills and basic food prep knowledge
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable team player
