The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant administration of personnel documentation and employment processes. The role supports the HR function by maintaining up-to-date employee records, applying labor legislation correctly, and contributing to efficient HR operations that enable sustainable organizational growth.
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant administration of personnel documentation and employment processes. The role supports the HR function by maintaining up-to-date employee records, applying labor legislation correctly, and contributing to efficient HR operations that enable sustainable organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update personnel documentation (employment contracts, addenda, internal decisions, etc.).
- Maintain and administer employee personnel files in compliance with legal and internal requirements.
- Track and manage employee leave records.
- Input and update employee data in HR and payroll systems.
- Collaborate with accounting and relevant public authorities on HR administration matters.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding labor legislation and personnel administration.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of HR records and documentation.
- Support reporting and data preparation related to HR operations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Completed higher education in Human Resources or Law
- Candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree will not be considered
- Minimum 1 year of experience in personnel administration
- Experience in organizations with 50+ employees or in medium/large companies is preferred
- Experience working with HR administration and payroll software
- Knowledge of labor legislation and HR regulations
- Advanced PC skills, including MS Office
- English proficiency at a comprehension level
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good problem-solving and accountability
- Results-oriented with effective time management
- High attention to detail
Work schedule:
Monday - Friday from 10:00 till 19:00
