About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Eagle Point School District 9 team.
In this role, you will evaluate, design, and implement specialized instruction tailored to children with communication disorders.
You will work closely with teachers, counselors, parents, and other professionals to deliver effective services that support student
success in communication and language skills. Your work will involve developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs),
providing a continuum of communication services based on student needs, and contributing to multidisciplinary and IEP teams.
You'll also offer consultation and training to staff and families, ensuring best practices in communication interventions.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a licensed, highly motivated Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about making a positive difference in students' lives.
You should hold an Oregon Health Board of Examiners Speech Pathology License or an Oregon Teacher's License with a Speech Impairment Endorsement.
The ideal candidate is organized, maintains efficient time schedules, and communicates effectively with staff, students, and the community.
Strong ethical standards, confidentiality in handling student and medical records, and the ability to travel frequently between work sites are essential.

Position Title: Speech Language Pathologist / Part-Time
Placement: District Wide - Placement to be determined
Supervisor: Director of Teaching and Learning & Special Education
Contract Days: 193/194 days per year / 3.75 hours per day
Salary Range: $62,967 - 103,972 (prorated based on part-time contract). Salary placement will depend on verified full-time experience and Master's-level credits.
Salary listed indicates current 2023-2026 Collective Bargaining Agreement - subject to change
Position will begin August 2026, with screening to begin immediately.
