About the role:

As a Housekeeper at Highgate at Flagstaff, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents' homes and shared spaces are clean, safe, and comfortable. You'll partner with residents and our Care Team to maintain a welcoming environment that supports their independence and dignity.

What you'll do:

• Clean resident suites and common areas, following schedules and standards
• Uphold infection control and safety procedures
• Operate housekeeping equipment safely and maintain supplies
• Document tasks and report maintenance needs
• Assist with laundry/litens and occasional room turns

Skills & attributes:

• Customer service mindset with attention to detail and respect for residents
• Safe equipment operation and organization
• Calm and flexible approach to changing priorities
• Clear communication with residents and teams

Relatable experience:

• Housekeeping in senior housing, hospitality, or multi-unit residential
• Customer service roles serving older adults
• Hands-on roles using checklists and documentation

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• Current negative TB test; background check clearance
• Ability to lift/transfer up to 50 lbs with assistance
