Role and Responsibilities:

• Serve guests with respect and urgency, ensuring fast Speed of Service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
• Lead a team to deliver exceptional hospitality
• Coach, teach, and train Team Members on best practices, policies and procedures
• Set and achieve team goals, celebrating successes
• Model hospitality with Team Members and Guests
• Develop and implement signature exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Prior Chick-fil-A Experience is a plus or shift leading experience of 2 years
• Hard-working, team-oriented, desire to serve others and customer service-oriented
• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 20 years old with a High School diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Available to work weekends.
