Duties and responsibilities (Note: duties/qualifications required will depend on assigned division)
• Oversees Cognos and Power BI administration/support and development;
• Assists the data architect with identifying database model changes that are needed;
• Gathers requirements from business users, prioritizes requests and assigns to report developers as
needed;
• Approves and assigns Power BI licenses;
• Assigns work to and assists contractor with development requests;
• Manages reporting projects with business users and other IT group members;
• Provides evidence for audit requests; provides evidence of accuracy;
• Patches Cognos servers, resets Cognos passwords;
• Performance reviews…Reviews and approves data changes and logs.

Qualifications and Experience
• 7+ years of IT job-related experience expertise in SQL; working knowledge of PL/SQL;
• Technical experience with applications; ability to do a lot of multitasking;
• Ability to do quick troubleshooting;
• Leadership skills; conflict resolution skills; ability to delegate;
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strategic alignment with the enterprise;
• Ability to work with all levels of management; ability to work with a global cross-functional team;
• Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word.
