Acting as a quality expert for Bath Fitter plant, you serve as a key resource for all quality-related matters. You support production, manage quality documentation and data integrity, and ensure processes and products meet regulatory requirements and established quality standards.

What is the ideal profile for this position?

DEC in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and/or quality control
Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with audit environments and continuous improvement
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and sound judgment
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
Excellent bilingual communication skills, both written and verbal.

As a Quality Assurance Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards
Analyzing customer feedback and complaints, and contributing to corrective and preventive actions
Maintaining and improving quality systems, standards, and plans
Managing and updating quality documentation (procedures, policies, manuals) and document control
Acting as a quality expert and supporting teams on processes and best practices
Auditing processes, tools, and products to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborating with operations to implement improvements and optimize processes (including Industry 4.0 initiatives)
Identifying recurring quality issues and supporting continuous improvement, training, and audit activities
