- DEC in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and/or quality control
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with audit environments and continuous improvement
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and sound judgment
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent bilingual communication skills, both written and verbal.
As a Quality Assurance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards
- Analyzing customer feedback and complaints, and contributing to corrective and preventive actions
- Maintaining and improving quality systems, standards, and plans
- Managing and updating quality documentation (procedures, policies, manuals) and document control
- Acting as a quality expert and supporting teams on processes and best practices
- Auditing processes, tools, and products to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with operations to implement improvements and optimize processes (including Industry 4.0 initiatives)
- Identifying recurring quality issues and supporting continuous improvement, training, and audit activities
