Overview

We are seeking a skilled individual to lead and manage various projects within Vayun Sports. This position is crucial in ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and a strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within the sports industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are a plus.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Agile project management.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in projects.
