Was Sie machen werden:
Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Optimierung des Prozess-Moduls CMP
Definition und Implementierung von Kontrollstrategien für das Prozess-Modul
Technologische Inbetriebnahme und Qualifikation von CMP-Anlagen
Untersuchung und Beseitigung von Prozessproblemen an den Produktionsequipments
Überwachung der Prozesse mittels statistischer Verfahren (SPC)
Analyse fehlerhafter Produkte unter Anwendung von physikalischen Messmethoden
Entwicklung, Charakterisierung und Qualifikation neuer Prozesse
Implementierung der Abläufe in das Fertigungssteuerungssystem
Bearbeitung von Projekten zur Kostenreduzierung, Qualitäts- und Produktivitätssteigerung
Spezifikation und Qualifikation neuer Equipments und Verbrauchmaterialien
Fachliche Koordination von bereichsspezifischen Projekten
Schulung der Produktionsmitarbeiter
Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
Erfolgreicher Master-Abschluss im Bereich Physik, Chemie, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
Gute Kenntnisse über CMP-Prozesse und Halbleitererfahrung
Kenntnisse in SQL und Datenanalyse von Vorteil
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Selbstständigkeit, analytisches Denken, Qualitätsbewusstsein
gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH is a development and manufacturing facility for power transistors (power MOSFETs) with over 550 employees. Vishay is investing in a new semiconductor chip factory in Itzehoe, thereby expanding its production capacity in the future.

What you will be doing:
Independent management and optimization of the CMP process module
Definition and implementation of control strategies for the process module
Technological commissioning and qualification of CMP systems
Investigation and resolution of process issues on production equipment
Process monitoring using statistical methods (SPC)
Analysis of defective products using physical measurement methods
Development, characterization, and qualification of new processes
Implementation of procedures into the production control system
Management of projects aimed at cost reduction and improvements in quality and productivity
Specification and qualification of new equipment and consumables
Technical coordination of department-specific projects
Training of production staff
What you will bring along:
A successful master’s degree in physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, or a related field
Strong knowledge of CMP processes and experience in the semiconductor industry
Knowledge of SQL and data analysis is a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently, analytical thinking, and a commitment to quality
Fluency in spoken and written German and English
