What We�re Looking For: We�re seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor with experience in multifamily properties who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and maintaining properties to the highest standard.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
  • Strong HVAC experience and EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
  • Proficient in general apartment maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
  • Ability to respond to after-hours calls
  • Basic tools and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with residents, team members, and vendors
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent walking in outdoor weather conditions

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain all buildings, grounds, and amenities
  • Ensure a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all safety standards
  • Address service requests and assist with apartment make-readies
  • Respond promptly to repair requests, including after-hours calls
  • Assist with interviewing, training, and managing team members in maintenance, custodial, and grounds positions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
  • Maintain inventory and manage the maintenance budget
  • Supervise in-house staff and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety regulations (OSHA, EPA) and Fair Housing standards
