Position Overview

We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are also Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs) in Maryland to join our Baltimore team. This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and strong administrative support to set you up for success.

The role is structured as approximately 75% remote and 25% in-person, providing an excellent work–life balance while maintaining high-quality, ethical clinical care.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 15– 30 Hours per week

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification and Maryland LBA license (both required)

• ABA experience in home-based or hybrid settings preferred

• Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and time management skills

• Passion for providing high-quality care to diverse communities

• Familiarity with CPT® codes relevant to ABA service delivery
