Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full Time Resource Specialist to join our Northern Regional Area Office Team team located at the Ada Area Office working 8:00AM-5:00PM - Mo Tu We Th Fr.

Summary:

To provide case management services to clients and determine eligibility through various federal and tribal programs that are administered through the Social Services division.

Responsibilities:

* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
* Reviews applications submitted to the program to verify submission of all needed information and documentation for accuracy
* Provides current and potential applicants with information on eligibility, application procedures, certification and program process
* Provides program information to vendors such as mortgage lenders and utility providers
* Maintains confidentiality, security, and integrity of data and information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
* Works on goals set forth by Counselor, Resource Manager or job developer
* Prepares ad hoc reports
* Provide holistic and comprehensive case management services to all clients
* Contacts medical office to obtain necessary medical forms for the 477 Pathways to Success clients
* Develop strategies to help clients improve their self-sufficiency
* Provides recommendations/referrals according to clients need assessment for internal and external services
* Supports and assists clients in all aspects of employment opportunities by demonstration, providing advice and coaching
* Performs all other duties as assigned
