As a Mobilization Coach, you’ll contribute to the mission of Frontiers by clearly communicating the purpose of Frontiers to individuals, churches and organizations. About the Role
As a Mobilization Coach, you will:
- Catalyze individuals and churches to play a part in the mission.
- Mentor and develop potential candidates toward a Long-Term Application and long-term field effectiveness.
- Generate new contacts and seek out apostolically gifted and called individuals.
- Serve local churches with resources, materials and time.
- Mentor and provide appropriate coaching to potential candidates using available programs and training resources.
- Model Muslim ministry in a local context.
- Raise 100% support to cover financial budget (i.e. salary, benefits, retirement, personal ministry related expenses).
What We’re Looking For
- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a heart for missions\
- 1-3 years of related experience and/or training
- High school diploma or GED
- Passion to see God glorified in Muslim world.
- Spiritual gifts in mobilizing, encouragement, and inspiring others
- Ability to raise and maintain personal support
