This role serves families in Alexandria, Falls Church, Woodbridge, and Waterford, and is ideal for people who want meaningful, flexible work close to home.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a child's home

• Bring BCBA-designed programs to life through play, structure, and connection

• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills

• Track progress and celebrate wins (big and small)

• Be a positive, steady presence for families

What We're Looking For

• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent

• Experience working with children (any setting counts)

• Reliable transportation

• ABA experience helpful but not required
