What you'll do...
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the execution, delivery, and ongoing optimization of MyBlock: our consumer-facing digital application. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, customer-centric features that drive engagement, satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Analytics, and other cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution from discovery through release. This role requires a strong operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience managing and delivering enhancements within a consumer-facing application.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring MyBlock delivers an intuitive, reliable, and engaging experience for clients.
Day to day, you’ll…
- Own and manage the MyBlock product backlog, prioritization, and release planning
- Lead execution of features and enhancements from discovery through delivery
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to define clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Drive product delivery on time and with high quality, ensuring strong coordination across cross-functional teams
- Monitor and improve application performance and KPIs (engagement metrics, NPS)
- Use data and customer insights to inform feature enhancements and experience improvements
- Facilitate product ceremonies and collaborate within an Agile delivery model
- Conduct user research and testing to validate solutions and improve customer experience
- Coordinate with marketing, analytics, and operations teams to support feature launches and adoption
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience across releases
- Serve as the subject matter expert for MyBlock, acting as a bridge between Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders
- Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges and proactively drive resolution
- Support A/B testing and experimentation to continuously optimize the app experience
What you'll bring to the team...
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably supporting consumer-facing digital products or applications
- Experience working on a consumer-facing application
- Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional teams drive execution and delivery
- Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritize work, and deliver features in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and modern delivery methodologies (Agile, Lean, DevOps)
- Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience integrating with third-party vendors (e.g., notifications, analytics platforms)
It would be even better if you also had...
- Experience supporting or managing a mobile application (iOS and/or Android)
- Tax domain experience
- Financial services or FinTech industry background
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Formal product management certifications or training
- Experience with product planning tools (ADO, Aha!, Atlassian)

Pay Range Information
The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.

Pay Range
$101,200.00 - $161,900.00/Yr.
