Job Description

Per diem crisis rates are below, plus go-out fee of $122.40:

  • 7a-3p will be $100
  • 8a-4p will be $100
  • 3p-11p will be $150
  • 11p-7a will be $100

As a Crisis Intervention Specialist, you will be providing assessment, counseling, and case management to individuals and families experiencing a mental health crisis.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience working with people of all ages in the mental health and/or substance use context.
  • The ability to complete a mental status exam and suicide assessment on individuals in distress and make appropriate referrals for services.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external providers.
