Role Overview:
Drive meaningful engagement across APAC markets by supporting integrated marketing programs that influence pipeline growth and customer connection. This role contributes directly to how modern audiences discover, interact with, and build relationships with the brand across digital and field channels. At Genesys, we are redefining customer experience through AI-powered innovation and human-centered design, and this role plays a part in amplifying that impact across emerging markets. You will gain exposure to regional marketing strategy, collaborate across sales and partner ecosystems, and build foundational skills that support long-term career growth in global marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of regional marketing programs that contribute to pipeline growth and customer engagement across APAC markets
  • Coordinate field events, webinars, and integrated campaigns to enhance brand visibility and audience interaction
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with target accounts and business priorities
  • Execute targeted marketing initiatives for priority accounts to improve engagement and conversion outcomes
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness
  • Partner with external stakeholders to develop and execute co-marketing strategies that expand reach and revenue impact
  • Develop marketing assets including email campaigns, landing pages, and social content tailored to regional audiences
  • Manage post-event and campaign follow-up activities to ensure effective lead tracking and engagement continuity
  • Drive growth of APAC social channels through localized content strategies that resonate with younger audiences
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform campaign planning and strategic positioning
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date campaign data within CRM and marketing platforms to support reporting and insights

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated interest in marketing, events, and campaign execution
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a structured manner
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capability
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Foundational understanding of marketing performance metrics and willingness to learn data-driven practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
  • Interest in leveraging digital tools and AI technologies to improve efficiency and productivity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, or content marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms
  • Experience supporting events, student organizations, or marketing projects
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools or campaign performance tracking
