Quality Improvement Specialist, Registered Nurse

Full Time - Days

Primary Function: Performs a wide variety of data collection analysis and reporting activities to support and coordinate the Medical Staff�s and Hospitals performance improvement efforts. Acts as a resource to Physician Chiefs, Committee Chairpersons Hospital Department Directors and Managers, and teams and task forces regarding the development and implementation of performance improvement activities.

Education: A Bachelor�s degree in related field

Experience: A minimum of three years job-related experience or equivalent is required.

Licenses: RN state licensure is also required

Certifications: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) credential preferred. Critical care experience strongly preferred.
