Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Perform Student Worker will answer phones and create service tickets to be escalated to technicians. Working Conditions: Walking indoors and outdoors. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
various tasks for the Service Desk, including pick up and delivery of computer
equipment, paper for Bruin Print stations, and basic troubleshooting of
computer equipment and AV gear in classrooms.
| Required Qualifications | Basic computer knowledge. Software familiarity including operating Hardware familiarity Must be able to answer phones in a timely manner and follow workflow to create and escalate tickets. Training will be provided. |
| Required Education | Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University. No specific department required, Computer Science is a plus |
| Required Experience | Basic customer service experience required |
