YOUR IMPACT
Our Production Procurement Specialist works in our office from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Maintaining high levels of customer service, you'll manage project scheduling, coordinate with homeowners, and ensure that every stakeholder stays aligned throughout the production process. Highly organized and detail‑oriented, you'll use spreadsheets and CRM tools to plan timelines, order materials, and schedule installation teams efficiently. You'll ensure crews have all necessary project information and materials, communicate updates proactively, and keep each job moving smoothly from start to finish. You'll also coordinate final payment collection, track key production KPIs, close out completed jobs, and support continuous process improvement. Your work will help deliver a seamless customer experience and uphold our reputation for best‑in‑class service and craftsmanship!
PRODUCTION PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of experience in operations coordination, project coordination, and/or administrative support
- Proficiency with computers and common business software, including email, spreadsheets, and CRM/scheduling systems
- Ability to coordinate with customers, sales teams, and production crews
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, time management, and task prioritization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Close attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
The following preferred qualifications would help you stand out:
- Experience in a construction, home services, or similar fast-paced service environment
- Experience coordinating construction/roofing/restoration/home service projects
- Proficiency in project management software
