The Sports & Rec Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the mission of the YMCA, a leading nonprofit dedicated to strengthening communities. Requirements

• Minimum age: 16 years old
• Preferred experience in customer service, sales, or related roles
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with standard business software
• Passion for youth development, recreation, and community engagement
• Ability to work well with diverse groups, including youth and adults
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must obtain First Aid/CPR certification within 90 days of hire
• Physical ability to lift 10-25 pounds and remain active during shifts
