Landscape Design / Sales Specialist | Commission Based

We’re looking for a motivated Landscape Design / Sales Specialist to help us expand our reach and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with prospective customers at their property to understand their landscaping needs.
  • Prepare accurate estimates for jobs ranging from basic lawn care to full-service landscaping, irrigation, and hardscapes.
  • Educate customers on available options, materials, and project timelines.
  • Follow up on company-provided leads and close sales.
  • Build lasting customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Work closely with crews to ensure project scopes are clear and jobs run smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in landscaping sales or estimating (residential or light commercial).
  • Knowledge of plants, soils, irrigation, and landscape materials.
  • Ability to read site conditions and confidently prepare bids.
  • Strong people skills—you’re able to earn trust and close deals.
  • Organized and tech-comfortable (CRM, estimating software, or spreadsheets).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
