The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the HR AVP and HRBP, as well as coordinate events, programs and special projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize quickly, work well both independently and in a team setting and represent the HR department in a professional manner that conveys the highest commitment to customer service.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist HRBP with New Employee Orientation
- Assist with updating Employee Handbook and Policies annually
- Coordinate employee training sessions and seminars
- Assist with annual Performance Review and Employee Engagement Survey Process, UKG Trainings and CCA Webinars
- Track, coordinate and ensure appropriate follow up and compliance with deadlines
- Request HR compliance reports and perform regulatory audits as needed
- Coordinate meeting and internal events; prepare and draft employee communications related to such meetings and events.
- Assist with the Living the Mission Program and award ceremonies.
- Assist HRBP with the Position Requisition Process
- Plans, coordinates and oversees employee training sessions
- Assists with special projects as needed
POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills:
- Excellent computer Skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
- Excellent written skills, must be able to draft various types of communications.
- Superior organizational and detail skills.
- Must uphold the highest level of confidentiality.
- Excellent human relations, customer service, oral and written communication skills are required.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels in a courteous, clear and understandable manner are required.
USD $28.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
