High School diploma or equivalent to Twelfth Grade graduation.
Coursework in secretarial and office skills preferred
Speaking, reading and writing in Spanish preferred
Understands district policies, procedures, and organizational plans so that questions can be answered, and people can be directed to the appropriate office, as necessary.
Types letters, records, lists, labels, reports, case records, supply lists, requisitions, and other miscellaneous materials.
Collects, sorts, alphabetizes, arranges in numerical order; files and locates material; checks records, instructional materials and supplies.
Operates office equipment, computers and machines.
Helps parents and vendors as they come into the office.
Assists with intake of confidential records for employee onboarding.
Maintains district supply room.

Serve as the receptionist for the district office and perform a variety of clerical services; greet visitors and answer phones; conduct telephone surveys, prepare various documents, and correspondence.
